I am Dr S K Ramesh, an Ortho Trauma & Rehab Surgeon with 45 years of experience as a Professor & Consultant with a passion for holistic health and helping people feel their best. During my career, I struggled with Chronic Stress, Disease & Ageing problems. Nothing seemed to fully resolve my symptoms despite visiting various specialists. I was put on medication after medication but still didn't feel like myself.
